Where do I start?

 

You can begin with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call.
This call is a relaxed, supportive conversation designed to help you gain clarity and see if working together feels aligned.

During the Discovery Call, we will:

  • Talk about where you are in your life and what’s led you here

  • Explore what you’re seeking right now — clarity, balance, purpose, or growth

  • Answer your questions about coaching and/or energy healing

  • Determine which offering (if any) feels like the best next step for you

 

There’s no pressure or obligation — just an intentional conversation to support your decision.

For Potential Coaching Clients

Are sessions held virtually or in person?

 

Coaching sessions are available virtually via Zoom or in person at my private space, depending on what feels most supportive and accessible for you. Many clients enjoy the flexibility of virtual sessions, while others prefer the grounded presence of in-person work.

Sessions can be held with or without video when virtual — the experience is always tailored to your comfort and needs.


Reiki sessions are available virtually or in person, depending on our preference.

How long are coaching sessions?

 

Coaching sessions are approximately 50-55 minutes in length.

Is there a specific structure or set topics in coaching?

 

My coaching approach is holistic, intuitive, and client-centered. While I do have a thoughtfully designed curriculum that supports growth, clarity, and alignment, the most important curriculum is you — your experiences, your goals, and what’s unfolding in your life right now.

My style is both grounded and bold. At times, it may feel unconventional — not because it’s forceful, but because it’s honest, direct, and designed to move you forward when you’re ready. I meet you with compassion, clarity, and truth, always in service of your growth.

Each session is guided by where you are in the moment, while commonly supporting areas such as:

  • Building self-trust and confidence

  • Clarifying direction, purpose, and next steps

  • Releasing limiting beliefs, internal pressure, and removing energetic or emotional blocks

  • Navigating transitions, growth, or leadership challenges

  • Strengthening boundaries and confident decision-making

  • Regulating stress and supporting the nervous system

  • Aligning ambition with well-being

  • Reconnecting with your values, desires, and inner clarity

 

Every session is tailored to your season of life and what will support you most — blending structure with intuition so your growth feels grounded, personal, and aligned.

What is your coaching style like?

 

I create a safe, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and honestly. My role is not to fix you — because you are not broken. Instead, I’m here to help you reconnect with the clarity, strength, and light that already exist within you, and support you in letting that light shine fully again.

I guide, reflect, and challenge when appropriate — always in service of your growth and self-trust, never from force or pressure.

Sessions often include:

  • Thoughtful, reflective questions

  • Insightful perspective shifts

  • Practical guidance you can integrate into daily life

  • Optional reflection or integration practices between sessions

Every session is unique and responsive to what’s unfolding for you — meeting you where you are and supporting where you’re ready to go next.

How many coaching sessions do people usually need?

 

Every woman’s journey is different. Some come for short-term clarity and support during a specific season, while others choose a longer coaching journey for deeper integration, expansion, and sustained growth.

In general, I recommend committing to at least six sessions, as meaningful change happens through consistency, reflection, and integration over time. This allows space for insight to deepen and for real-life shifts to take root.

That said, there’s no one-size-fits-all path. Some clients continue with ongoing coaching as their life, leadership, or purpose evolves — while others come for focused support and return when they feel called again. We move at a pace that feels aligned, supportive, and intentional for you.

Who is coaching for?

 

Coaching is for women who:

  • Are capable, driven, and responsible — yet feel pulled in many directions and want clearer, more confident decision-making

  • Are navigating real-life transitions, such as a career shift, growing a business, stepping into leadership, becoming a mother, or redefining what success means in this season

  • Want to expand their careers, income, or impact without losing themselves in constant pressure or overgiving

  • Desire to create healthy boundaries that protect their energy, strengthen their relationships, and honor who they truly are — without guilt or over-explaining

  • Are ready to pause, reflect, and engage thoughtfully in their own growth, even if they don’t yet have all the answers

 

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a willingness to explore what’s next with honesty, intention, and self-trust.

What else should I know about coaching?

 

Coaching is a collaborative and supportive process. It’s most powerful when you’re open, engaged, and willing to reflect and take aligned action — while honoring your own pace and real life.

This work is designed to fit into your life, not compete with it. You don’t need to be perfect, prepared, or constantly “doing more” to benefit from coaching. Reflection practices or exercises are always offered as support — not pressure — and if something doesn’t get completed, we simply meet where you are and continue forward.

Coaching offers clarity, perspective, and accountability, while fully honoring your autonomy, capacity, and inner wisdom. We work together in a way that feels intentional, sustainable, and respectful of your time, energy, and season of life.
